Summary:       The Defendant filed a motion in limine to suppress any causation testimony by the Plaintiff’s medical experts. The Defendant filed a motion for summary judgment in the event that the Court granted the motion in limine in full and excluded causation testimony. The Court granted in part and denied in part the motion in limine, finding that the Plaintiff’s treating medical physician could testify as to causation because he performed a differential diagnosis. The Court denied the motion for summary judgment as moot.
